U.S. Shipping Only
The Mayflower Descendants Museum Shop currently ships to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
Estimated delivery times shown by our fulfillment partners do not include the Museum’s processing period. Please allow up to 5 additional business days before production begins.
Many Museum Shop products are produced specifically after an order is placed. Once Museum processing is complete, the order is submitted to the appropriate fulfillment partner for production and shipment.
Production and Delivery Times
Production and shipping times vary depending on the product, fulfillment partner, destination, and shipping method selected. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of production schedules, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside the Museum’s control.
Orders Containing Multiple Products
Museum Shop products may be produced and shipped by different fulfillment partners. If your order contains multiple items, your purchases may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping and Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after a shipping label has been created.
Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact the Museum as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Carrier and Production Delays
The Museum is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If you experience a problem with your shipment, please contact us and we will assist you when reasonably possible.
